DELIVERY INFORMATION

MHR RACING aims to deliver within the agreed time frame upon purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.Kindly expect delay in delivery during the FMCO period.

 

A) Delivery Within PENINSULAR MALAYSIA

Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form.

At MHR RACING, all of our shipments will be sent out from Monday – Friday by using EasyParcel for Peninsular Malaysia. Orders will be processed on the next day and customers will be receiving the order within 3-5 working days except holiday.

 

Delivery Agent : Pgeon / Flash / Ninja Van / J&T / Poslaju

Standard Box Dimension : 39cm x 29cm x 27 cm

Zone : Within Peninsular Malaysia

Price : RM8.40

 

B) Delivery Within EAST MALAYSIA

Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form.

For Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan all of our shipments will be sent out from Monday – Friday by using Easy Parcel. Orders will be processed on the next day and customers will be receiving the order within 7-14 working days except holiday.

Delivery Agent : Flash / Poslaju / Skynet / Pgeon

Standard Box Dimension : 39cm x 29cm x 27 cm

Zone : Sabah / Sarawak / Labuan

Price : RM30

 

C) Delivery outside MALAYSIA

(Singapore,Indonesia,Vietnam,Thailand,Brunei,Philippines,Cambodia,Myanmar)

Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form.

All of our shipments will be sent out from Monday – Friday by using Easy Parcel International Shipping Courier.Orders will be processed on the next day and customers will be receiving the order within 7-14 working days except holiday.

 

Delivery Agent : TNT express / SF Express / Janio / EMS 

Standard Box Dimension : 39cm x 29cm x 27 cm

Zone : Southeast Asia region

Price : Subject to destination (currency charge base on MYR)

 

Terms and conditions for overseas shipping as below :

1) The rates shown in the system do not include custom fee,clearance fee or duty tax charge implied by arrival destinations.

2) Customers will be required to bear any extra charges caused from customs upon shipment arriving at the destination subject.

3) Arrival destination custom may or not request paperwork for clearance.

Return & Refund

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The Return request shall be made within 24 hours upon the arrival of the parcel. We Hong Lun Sdn.Bhd. will not bear the cost of return. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Hong Lun Sdn.Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Reasons accepted for return as below:

  • Wrong color, size or design delivered to you.
  • Item received in faulty or damaged condition 
  • Do note that there is NO REFUND provided as our item will be going thru check by our Quality Control team before we process for delivery

 

How to Return

  • Return request MUST BE MADE by contacting us via return request within 24 hours upon arrival. Any return request that has been made without Return Form will be void.
  • For return, Hong Lun Sdn.Bhd. implementing a one to one product replacement policy. Replacement will proceed after 3 days from return parcel.
  • Return and repair policy subject to damaged item. Item must be sent back to Hong Lun Trading, and we will provide repair service. Once done item will be returned back to customer.
