RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The Return request shall be made within 24 hours upon the arrival of the parcel. We Hong Lun Sdn.Bhd. will not bear the cost of return. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Hong Lun Sdn.Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Reasons accepted for return as below:

• Wrong color, size or design delivered to you.
• Item received in faulty or damaged condition 
• Do note that there is NO REFUND provided as our item will be going thru check by our Quality Control team before we process for delivery

How to Return

• Return request MUST BE MADE by contacting us via return request within 24 hours upon arrival. Any return request that has been made without Return Form will be void.
• For return, Hong Lun Sdn.Bhd. implementing a one to one product replacement policy. Replacement will proceed after 3 days from return parcel.
• Return and repair policy subject to damaged item. Item must be sent back to Hong Lun Trading, and we will provide repair service. Once done item will be returned back to customer.
